The message No God No Guns and No Gold was fantastic, but it scares the daylights out of you to know that we could be so close to the end times and the mark of the beast. Thanks Dr. Jim for a very informative message.

Hello Jim,
Thanks for the email, I am now writing the Greek alphabet and able to read some to. I am excited about the book of Romans in Greek. You have given so much through your teachings it's amazing! I have purchased several books that you have recommended in your teachings. I have listened so much I went and bought a new bible and it was the same one you had used to read from in the book of Revelation Intro. New American Standard Hebrew and Greek. Your ministry is bringing so much light to the scriptures and great teachings that I will teach my children. My son was saying nahaash snake in Hebrew at 2 years. Its great to here from you. If I could I would purchase every lesson you have they are a treasure and priceless. Every bible teacher should be taking lessons from you. Keep up the fantastic work it is truly a blessing and thank you once again, hope all is well.
In Christ,
Marc

Dr Phillips,
Pornography is one of the plagues of our time. Our inability to appropriately monitor the internet has allowed our youngest children to be impacted by this leaven. It is so amazing how the times have changed and how the entire world is moving in an ever-developing, interdependent and global economic system. Being a person who has spent two very different times traveling the world with the military my observation of the global synchronization of the cultures is very acute. As a young man I spent several years in the Army stationed in Germany (1976-1985) as an enlisted man. Back in those days there was a very obvious presence of old-world customs and cultures all across Europe. Today I would say that many of those standards have been abandoned, and everyone looks and acts like Americans. As a Chaplain I have spent 12 years with the Navy traveling Europe, the Middle East, and the Far East and have seen that the Western influence of our American lifestyle has effectively been a leaven that has changed everything. Once upon a time Christianity was a respected faith but today, especially in our country, it is increasingly becoming a byword. The age of tattoos and body piercing is subltly bringing us to that place where if we are called to receive a mark to participate in the public marketplace most will do it without any thought of holy and biblical prophecy. When we hold these days over and against the 50s or 60s and 70s(days of Hal Lindsey's LATE, GREAT PLANET EARTH) the metamorphosis of our culture and the presence and influence of the emergent church and its deliberate attempt at illegitimately marrying the gospel to the flesh/world today is, I believe for those with discernment, grievous.
My point in saying all of this is that we have got to keep on breaking the ground, planting the seed, and preaching/teaching the Word. The internet is the fountain of good and bitter waters - but as you see there is an absolute hunger for hope, the blessed hope, across the world. The LORD is coming.
I retire next year after 22 yrs of active duty and I am planning on going back home and initiating a free bible institute in El Paso. Till the LORD comes let's keep on fighting the good fight and doing things eternal!
Blessings,
Bro. Mike

I would like to thank you so very much for continuing to spread the Word. In these most troubled times, it is refreshing to know there are spiritual "bodyguards,"out here still holding up the blood stained banner of Christ and are not afraid to tell the world, He lives, our Savior lives. I am ever striving to be better, go deeper in His Word, and continue to help someone else learn about the wonder of our blessed Savior. May God continue to protect eaxh and every one of you, my sisters abd brothers in Christ.

Dear Dr. Phillips,
I just wanted to thank you for the great teachings on the bible and it's history. A while back I received your Greek Grammer book, and the DVD. Thank You again! Your teachings bring color to the bible and has cleared up the most misunderstood texts. I have searched for the recommended books for learning Greek and found most. Because of your teachings I have come to learn some Greek and have a great thirst to learn more.
Once again, Thank You and may the Lord bless your ministry.
God Bless! Marc

Dr. JIm, I just wanted to leave a comment and let you know how much I am enjoying your teaching. This is the most sound doctrine I have ever heard being taught. I learned the foundation of a lot of these things you teach from my pastor, he also study theology through the line of J.L. Guthrie. I think his comment probably sums it up best, "This guy took the knowledge of the original languages far beyond what I learned, even beyond those who taught me. If you really want to learn proper theology, the Hebrew and Greek languages are the key."
Thank you for all you study and effort.

Dear Bro. Phillips;
It is a pleasure to open the Holy Bible with you at Valley Baptist Church. Your knowledge of the original languages, high view of God's Word and practice of comparing Scripture with Scripture make for trustworthy learning and new vistas in God's unique revelation. It is a joy to find you still occupied for our Lord as you were when I last studied with you, some 14 years ago.
I am thoroughly enjoying your studies in the Tabernacle, Revelation from the Greek Text and Hebrews, also, from the Greek Text. I am very excited about your upcoming class from the book of Genesis from the Hebrew Text. It's one thing to talk about the text, and quite another to dive right in and let it speak for itself.
Thank you for your generosity as a Teacher and your example as a Christian Gentleman. You demonstrate that a lively faith does not mean intellectual suicide. May God prosper you with health and many other blessings through His Son, our Lord Jesus Christ.
